Launching in Japan alongside the new Legends: Z-A physical release

Pokémon Pokopia was the first Nintendo title released on a Game-Key Card, and while nothing is changing on this front, it’s been announced an updated release is on the way to Japan.
Alongside the news about Pokémon Legends: Z-A getting a new Switch 2 physical release next month, The Pokémon Company have also confirmed a new package for Pokopia (containing the Expansion Pass) will also be arriving on 29th October 2026 in this location.
As highlighted by Serebii.net, it will contain “the game and DLC on a Game Key Card in one product” and “future DLC released after October 29th will be automatically downloaded with updates when they are released”.

In addition to game and DLC, trainers who purchase this new package will also receive a code for a Berry Furniture set, including a berry chair, berry bed, berry table and berry lamp.
This follows some news in August about Korea getting a packaged download version of the Pokémon Pokopia Expansion Pass (the latest package version is also coming to Korea). A Switch 2 Pokémon Pokopia hardware bundle was also released in certain parts of the world earlier this year.
