Dotemu and Tribute Games teased their upcoming Doctor Doom-focused Marvel Cosmic Invasion DLC a few months back, and today at New York Comic Con, the teams announced when we can expect to play it.

‘The Siege of Castle Doom’ expansion will be available on 10th November, adding two new playable characters into the mix and a brand-new game mode.

Both Sue Storm (The Invisible Woman) and Doctor Doom himself will be playable in the DLC, each fully voiced and with their own move sets to help them stand out from the crowd. Details are still light on the new game mode, though the dev has teased that it will be centred on Doom (naturally), “continuing MARVEL Cosmic Invasion’s celebration of the golden eras of classic MARVEL storylines and entertainment by beckoning fans to the foreboding headquarters of Victor Von Doom”.

With Avengers: Endgame Encore in cinemas right now, the DLC’s November release date should be a nice gap filler to keep the hype train a-moving ahead of Avengers: Doomsday‘s arrival in December. There’s no escaping this Doctor Doom guy these days, eh?
