Watch: Travis Kelce, Jason Kelce Have Priceless Reactions to Taylor Swift’s Song “Cleveland!”
Kylie Kelce and Jason Kelce aren’t tackling parenthood alone.
The Not Gonna Lie podcast hostshared insight into the village she has in place when it comes to raising her and her husband’s daughters Wyatt, 7, Elliotte, 5, Bennett, 3, and Finnley, 18 months.
“We do have a nanny,” Kylie told Michelle Obama and Craig Robinson on the Oct. 14 episode of their IMO podcast. “I always give a shout out because we couldn’t do it without her.”
But the 34-year-old made it clear that their family’s extra set of hands doesn’t provide around the clock care. As she put it, “We have her during regular work hours and really nothing outside of that.”
“My husband and I have very busy schedules,” she explained. “We don’t necessarily want a live-in nanny or someone who’s going to be raising our kids void of us. That feels weird.”
Plus, it’s not like the retired Philadelphia Eagles player—whose brother Travis Kelce tied the knot with Taylor Swift in July—can just hire any sitter.
“We’re in a unique situation as well,” she said. “We weren’t going to your typical online databases to find a random person from our neighborhood.”
That’s why when it comes to looking after the Kelce girls after hours, Kylie’s parents Lisa McDevitt and Ed McDevitt are just a phone call away.
“We couldn’t do it without my parents,” she explained. “My parents live 15 minutes from us and they have helped us in every way imaginable.”

“We do a lot with my parents every chance we get,” Kylie shared. “We do things with Jason’s parents. We find that those are the values that we were raised with that we want our kids to have, not just because we tell them that, but because we live it.”
But the Philadelphia-native—who wed Jason, 38, in 2018—also wants her kids to experience a slice of where she grew up.
“It is really important to me that my girls get to experience things where we get to drive past a shop and I say, ‘Oh, that was where Mom’s first job was,’” she said. “You get those moments of not only nostalgia, but you’re connected to your community on a deeper level and when you have that connection, I think you feel a better responsibility, a responsibility to give back and then that is the example that we get to set for our kids.”
Indeed, Kylie and Jason want their kids “to feel empowered to be able to prioritize giving back.”
