As we get closer to the launch of Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse later this month, Konami has announced the composer of the new game.

If you didn’t already know, the soundtrack was created by composer and musician ASADI (aka Danny Asadi). Co-developer Evil Empire added to this, noting how this was the only “sound crusader” it could trust. They previously called on him to compose the score for Ubisoft’s Rogue Prince of Persia soundtrack.

Konami: “As the night falls, a new composition of Bloody Tears fills the night air—a fitting soundtrack for the hunt. We’re thrilled to announce the composer for Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse, ASADI (@dannyasadi). ASADI’s formidable skills as a composer and musician have found a perfect match in Castlevania’s musical heritage—new blood revitalises a storied bloodline. We’re looking forward to you all hearing the rest of what the game has to offer.”
