“You’re Late, 007” – First Light Has Finally Locked In A Switch 2 Release Date

James Bond fans who have been patiently waiting for 007 First Light to arrive on Nintendo’s new hybrid system will be pleased to hear developer IO Interactive has finally locked in a release date.

As revealed in an exclusive IGN Fan Fest trailer, Bond’s new mission will get underway on 18th March 2027.

You can see the Switch 2 version in motion at the top of the page. A special pre-order bonus has also been officially revealed. It’s the exclusive “GoldenEye Suit” for 007!

IO Interactive recently released a free update for First Light adding New Game+, a photo mode and much more. This should all be there when the Switch 2 release launches next March.
