OK that headline isn’t quite true, but Cody Rhodes has today revealed the official popcorn bucket for upcoming videogame movie Street Fighter, and it’s based on the impressive hair of his character Guile.
Ever since the viral Dune 2 popcorn bucket it’s become standard for big blockbuster movies to come with their own bespoke popcorn receptacle. The upcoming Street Fighter – also starring fellow WWE star Roman Reigns – is no exception, but they’ve gone for something a bit different by the popcorn bucket being in the shape of Guile’s impressively gravity defying hair, accurate to the game and the movie. It also seems – at least from Cody’s video – that you’ll be able to wear this bucket on your own head.
This particular bucket will be exclusive to AMC in the US – no word yet if it’ll be available in other markets. The movie itself meanwhile is set to launch on October 16 and it’s looking pretty entertaining actually, with Cody himself getting a few funny lines in the latest trailer.
