Claim a new weapon with Splatoon Raiders save data
Nintendo has continued to release new updates for the Switch multiplayer Splatoon 3, and the next update is out this week.
This will bump the game up to Version 11.3.0, and the changes will be applied to both the Switch and Switch 2 builds. This update includes the new weapon, the Plastic-Bottle Shot Replica, which can be claimed in the lobby terminal if you have Splatoon Raiders save data and have completed the main story.
Nintendo: “The Plastic-Bottle Shot Replica is coming to Splatoon 3! If you have Splatoon Raiders save data and you’ve completed the main story, you’ll be able to claim your new weapon from the lobby terminal after updating to Ver. 11.3.0. We hope you’ll check it out!”

In addition to this, the latest Splatoon 3 update includes a bunch of weapon changes and there are also some bug fixes. It’s also noted how the next update will focus on multiplayer balance. Here’s the full rundown via Nintendo’s official support page:
Splatoon 3 – Version 11.3.0 (19th August 2026)
All changes apply to both Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch.
Changes to Multiplayer
- A new weapon, the Plastic-Bottle Shot Replica, has been added.
- It has the same weapon specifications as the Tentatek Splattershot.
- You can receive it from the lobby terminal if you have save data on the same system as the Nintendo Switch 2 software Splatoon Raiders, where the main story has been cleared.
- In order to receive it, you must start Splatoon 3 using the same user profile as the user for the Splatoon Raiders save data.
- Specifications for some main weapons have changed.

Carbon Roller ANG-L- Adjusted the damage-falloff rate based on distance for vertical swings, allowing it to deal 50.0 damage/100 damage farther than it did before.
- Increased the maximum movement speed when holding the ZR Button to ink while moving ahead by approximately 5%.
Tri-Slosher
Tri-Slosher Nouveau
Tri-Slosher ASH-N- Reduced the amount of ink consumed by approximately 5%.
Glooga Dualies
Glooga Dualies Deco- Reduced the scatter of shots after a Dodge Roll by approximately 10%.
.52 Gal
.52 Gal Deco- Decreased the radius of the ink splatter at the point of impact for projectiles that land at a distance by approximately 8%.
E-liter 4K
Custom E-liter 4K
E-liter 4K Scope
Custom E-liter 4K Scope- Lessened the effect of the ink-consumption reduction when equipping the Ink Saver (Main) ability.
Snipewriter 5H
Snipewriter 5B- Increased the amount of ink consumed by approximately 7%.

Inkline Tri-Stringer
Bulbz Tri-Stringer
Order Stringer Replica- Decreased the size of the area inked by falling spray.
- Specifications for some special weapons have changed.
Special Weapon Change Details Triple Splashdown - After activation, players become invulnerable to damage approximately 1/6th of a second faster than before.
- Decreased the area of the damaging explosion area by approximately 9%.
- Increased the distance traveled by the ink fists by approximately 9%.
- With this change, the area that deals 100 or more damage due to overlapping explosions is decreased.
Trizooka - Increased the speed of shots by approximately 13% without changing the flight distance.
Ink Vac - Decreased the amount of opponents’ ink that can be sucked up by approximately 9%.
- Points required for some special weapons have been changed.

This update adds a weapon related to Splatoon Raiders and also includes changes to multiplayer balance.
For certain main weapons, we have made it more difficult to safely keep Splat Zones inked or maintain constant pressure on opponents.
As for the other main weapons, we have made changes with the goal of enhancing their unique characteristics or improving ease of use.
The next update will focus on changes to multiplayer balance.
Bug Fixes
- Fixes to Player Controls
- Fixed an issue where performing certain actions immediately after jumping off a wall using Squid Surge allowed for greater horizontal movement than intended.
