Limited Run Announces Lord Of The Rings: War In The North Physical Release, Here’s A Look

Update []: As previously revealed, Limited Run Games is distributing the physical version of The Lord of the Rings: War in the North – Legacy Edition for the Switch 2. It’s now shared a first look, along with some additional details.

The standard copy will be available to pre-order from 2nd October 2026 and is priced at $49.99 USD. This version comes with a slipcover and Wayfinder’s Ledger Booklet.

Along with this, there’ll also be a Deluxe Edition available for $79.99 USD. Pre-orders for this go live on the same date. This version includes the game, with a slipcase and Wayfinder’s Ledger Booklet, a steelcase, cloth map and weathered letter with foreword by Jed Brophy.
