Watch: Alix Earle Shares “Serious Struggle” of Discussing Alex Cooper Feud on New Reality Show

Alix Earle is ready to tell her side of the story.
After Alex Cooper publicly called out the influencer—whose Hot Mess podcast was signed to Cooper’s Unwell Network in 2023 before being dropped two years later—for her cryptic posts about their fallout, Earle finally responded on Netflix’s Earle Meets World, even sharing a text message she crafted to her former boss.
“I stayed quiet for so long because I am scared of Alex Cooper,” Earle said in a confessional interview. “I found out that I was no longer working with Unwell through the media so, I’m just intimidated. I don’t know what she’s gonna do or how she’s gonna twist things.”
While talking to her family, Earle further explained her POV on what went wrong.
“They were a startup company at the time, so things weren’t gonna go great,” Earle shared. “But there was just constantly issues. It just wasn’t run properly and it wasn’t what I was promised or told that it was gonna be like working with them.”
After her dad TJ Earle suggested that she wasn’t given “real resources” to produce her podcast show, the 25-year-old explained that she had blinders on when it came to Cooper.
“I didn’t realize things were going wrong because I was, like, obsessed with her,” Earle said. “I was like, ‘This is my idol, I’m so happy to work with her.’ And then constantly felt taken advantage of and used and mistreated and manipulated.”
Earle also referenced her 2023 appearance on Cooper’s Call Her Daddy.
“Things like, we’re filming her podcast and she’s having us drink before,” Earle shared of the episode, in which they are seen drinking together. “And then asking me really sexual questions I wasn’t comfortable with. But then I’m also answering ’cause I’m drunk.”

Later, Earle read a text message she contemplated sending to Cooper.
“I wanted to write you directly to let you know I don’t like you,” the message began. “I’m not gonna fall for your bait of getting into a back-and-forth online, and I don’t think you want that either. You are manipulative and toxic. Go ahead and say ‘it’s just business’ all you want, but the way you approach business is disgusting. You choose money over morals.”
“You took advantage of me at a young age in a new industry I knew nothing about,” Earle’s message continued. “You are full of false promises and Unwell was a continuation of that. We had a call where you threatened me to not go to war with you because you know how sick and twisted you are.”
Earle’s text then encouraged Cooper to share the message, noting that she’s no longer scared.
“You’re right, I may be petty, but I’m not malicious,” she concluded. “If there’s one thing I learned from doing business with you, it’s to never do business with anyone like you.”

While it’s not clear if Earle hit “send” on the text, her comments come about five months after Cooper called on Earle to publicly address their “beef.”
“Alix Earle, hey girl, the passive-aggressive reposts and the likes and commenting on things—I got to call you out here,” Cooper shared in an April 13 TikTok. “You’re going to need to get specific and just say what you got to say about me. There’s no NDA, no one is stopping you. Stop hiding behind other people and just say it yourself.”
“What’s the beef?” she asked. “Because I’m really tired of waking up and seeing you using this big drama to distract from other s–t going online for you. Not interested. I know what happened, and so do you.”
