We are looking for an experienced Director of Business Development to grow relationships with real estate developers, architects, interior designers, hospitality groups, owners, and procurement teams.
Responsibilities
Who We Are Looking For
We want someone with experience in commercial real estate, architecture and design, architectural products, hospitality, specialty construction, millwork, or a similar project driven industry.
You should be comfortable speaking with senior decision makers, building relationships from scratch, managing longer sales cycles, and consistently generating new business.
An existing network of developers, architects, interior designers, or commercial project decision makers is a major plus.
Compensation
$100,000+ base salary depending on experience, plus performance based compensation and meaningful upside.
New York area preferred.
