“Sometimes bad people are the absolutely most fun.” In a fantasy movie, maybe? MGM & Sony debuted another series of making of featurettes for the Masters of the Universe movie, an 80s throwback come to life on the big screen. This time the focus is on the villains, the hordes of bad guys in this movie. MOTU is a toy franchise that was turned into an 80s animated TV show and 80s movie with Dolph Lundgren. This updated reboot of Masters of the Universe brings the legendary franchise back again. After being separated for 15 years, the Sword of Power leads Prince Adam back to Eternia where he discovers his home shattered under the fiendish rule of Skeletor. To save his family and his world, Adam must join forces with his closest allies, Teela & Man-At-Arms, and embrace his true destiny as He-Man. This stars Nicholas Galitzine as He-Man and Adam Glenn, Camila Mendes, James Purefoy, Morena Baccarin, Jóhannes Haukur Jóhannesson, Charlotte Riley, Kristen Wiig as Roboto, Jared Leto as Skeletor, and Idris Elba as Man-At-Arms. Finally in this promo we get a look at Alison Brie as Evil-Lyn, plus other bad guys including Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson as Goat Man, Sam C.
