The 2026 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Chase grid is set after Saturday’s race at New Hampshire Motor Speedway (NHMS). With the return of the Chase, the ‘win and you’re in’ playoff format is gone, and so, the ten drivers with the most points after 18 races simply advance into the Chase.
The points will now reset, with bonus points awarded to drivers based on where they ended the regular season. Now, it’s a straight battle over the next seven races as the driver who has the most points come Homestead in November will be crowned champion.
Layne Riggs, who earned his sixth win of the season at New Hampshire, will enter the Chase as the No. 1 seed.
In the battle for the final spot, Tyler Ankrum narrowly prevailed over Stewart Friesen, making it in by just seven points in double overtime.
