“Whoever controls the machines controls the future.” Cineverse and Bloody Disgusting have debuted the official trailer for a sci-fi action thriller called Dragn, also listed as DRAGN. Another new AI thriller about an AI machine/robot that goes rogue and hunts down humans. Dragn centers on a group of co-workers on a routine corporate team-building trip, which transforms into a nightmare when they unwittingly become the prey of a rogue AI-driven drone. The intense film delves into the fragility of the human mind, the dangers of AI warfare, and the indomitable spirit required to confront terror in an increasingly digital world. Starring James Paxton, Lilly Krug, Carlos Bardem, Alice Pagani, Jadran Malkovich, Franz Drameh, and Alex Lane. This will be out to watch on VOD later this month – skipping theaters entirely. It’s amusing they designed the drone to literally look like a dragon with a tail and all. This reminds me of the other Netflix sci-fi action thriller War Machine debuting soon, too.
