Phoenix Wright celebrates his 25th anniversary next month, and Professor Layton is also returning in a new outing later this year.
On top of this, rumours about the 3DS title Professor Layton vs. Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney getting a modern release are now doing the rounds online.
This stems from a massive Steam achievement leak via Exophase earlier this month, and after yesterday’s news about Ace Attorney being transformed into a VR game, discussion about this leak has now resurfaced.
The title appears in the Steam achievements leak alongside Level-5’s upcoming release, Professor Layton and The New World of Steam.
This crossover, released locally on the 3DS in 2014, was a collaboration between Capcom and Level-5, and published worldwide by Nintendo.
Of course, for now, nothing has been confirmed, but there have been similar leaks like this in the past.
