Save for a couple of weeks in November of last year, Jacy Jayne has ruled the women’s division in NXT for the better part of a year now. She won the title from Stephanie Vaquer and has used her position in Fatal Influence to keep the strap firmly around her waist ever since.
Naturally, they created at least some intrigue for her defense at Stand & Deliver in St. Louis tonight (Sat., April 4, 2026) by putting her in a triple threat match against the always strong Lola Vice and rising star Kendal Grey. Of course, she already beat both during her reign, but because they couldn’t decisively defeat each other in the top contender match, they both got to have a go at her again.
They teased a similar finish here but pivoted into outside interference that led to Fatal Influence fighting off Wren Sinclair, leaving Jayne all by her lonesome. By the time all was said and done, Vice hit Jayne with the spinning backfist to score the three count and crown a new NXT women’s champion.

Lola Vice is now the first female Cuban-American champion ever, according to Vic Joseph.
