Logan Paul fires back at Tom Brady with some trash talk of his own

Before a possible mega-match with “fellow WWE Superstar” and Super Bowl halftime star Bad Bunny, Logan Paul has to deal with a man who’s won a record seven Super Bowls — Tom Brady.

During Brady’s appearance on Paul’s Impaulsive podcast earlier this week, the former United States champ announced that he’s headed back to Saudi Arabia next month for the Fanatics Flag Football Classic on March 21. The three-team tournament features past and current NFL players including Brady. The quarterback many consider the greatest football player ever said he was worried for Paul in the games, and when the WWE star claimed his athleticism was at “the highest level”, Brady laughingly called it “cute”.

Heel that he is, Logan repeated some of what’s in that clip and added a few more arguments while Tom wasn’t around. He did so in an interview with The Takedown on SI published today (Feb. 13):

“I was going back and forth with Tom Brady and we’re talking about athleticism and what it takes to be an athlete. And so funny, Tom Brady talking to me about being an athlete. Bro, the worst NFL Combine of all time,” Paul gloated. “Okay, you won seven Super Bowls. It’s like, seven Super Bowls, six Super Bowls, six seven Super Bowls. It doesn’t matter how many Super Bowls you won, how many United States titles have you won? How many subscribers do you have on YouTube? What’s your net worth?”

Not done, and perhaps taking the “cute” diss seriously, Paul then said:

“If you put any of the WWE Superstars on the roster, including the women, on an NFL team, they would do bare minimum, all right, because these people are athletes. If you plucked 99% of NFL athletes from the team and put them in a WWE ring, they would s**t the bed. They would not be able to do it. It is the hardest thing in the world to do.”

Pro wrestling is extremely difficult, and there’s nothing quite like it. A lot of people would say the same thing about NFL football, though.

Have on thoughts on Tom Brady and Logan Paul’s war of words ahead of the big flag football tourney?
