Intense New Teaser for ‘Blue Eye Samurai’ Season 2 Animated Series​

“I choose revenge.” She’s back! ⚔️ Netflix has dropped the first real teaser trailer for the continuation of the series Blue Eye Samurai, the badass animated story following the samurai Mizu on her path of revenge. And now she’s ready to get even more! This second season of the Emmy winning series will debut in January 2027. We posted an early production news teaser back in 2025, but this is the first time they’ve debuted any more footage since then. “Mizu’s quest for revenge will continue. In the coming season, Mizu’s bloody quest continues in London, where she faces new friends, old foes, and her own demons. In Japan, Akemi (Brenda Song) and Taigen (Darren Barnet) navigate Edo Castle under a dangerous new shogun, meanwhile Ringo searches for a new purpose. The voice cast features Maya Erskine returning as Mizu along with Masi Oka. The rest is still being kept as a secret for now! This teaser only includes one new scene set on a ship as Mizu travels towards London. That’s it so far! I’m on the lookout for fresh footage as soon as they debut any.
