Earlier this week, our Rumor Roundup mentioned that Bronson Reed is apparently 100% healthy and expected to return to WWE this month. A couple of new reports today offer more details about how that might play out.
First up is WrestleVotes Radio, which says WWE has figured out the creative direction for Reed’s return, and he’ll be back “very, very soon.” Then there is PWInsider Elite, which indicates there are people in WWE who believe Bronson will be back on the road with WWE full time starting this weekend (Sept. 6) at Sunday Night’s Main Event.
WWE is promoting a singles match between Oba Femi and Bron Breakker on Sunday’s card. If the idea is to book a dirty win for Bron or a disqualification finish with no decisive winner, then Bronson returning to attack Oba with a Tsunami splash seems like a good bet to me.
How do you feel about the possibility of Bronson Reed returning to WWE this weekend to ruin the finish of Femi vs. Breakker, or maybe showing up in a post-match angle? Let me know in the comments below, Cagesiders.
