Watch: Milania Giudice Says BFF Victoria Zardoya’s Organs Saved 8 Lives
As Victoria Zardoya‘s family mourns her devastating loss, Milania Giudice has been a shoulder to cry on.
Days after The Real Housewives of New Jersey star’s lifelong BFF unexpectedly died at 20 following a freak accident at Florida’s Fort Dade ruins, her older sister Gia Giudice shared insight into how Milania is supporting Victoria’s family in their time of need.
“Milania is at their house right now,” the Next Gen NYC star exclusively told E! News Aug. 4 at The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Roaring 20th premiere party in NYC. “She is like another sister to them. We are just there for the family for everything and they are always with us. They are family.”
Having grown up with Victoria, Gia was equally crushed by the University of Tampa’s student’s July 27 passing.
“Victoria was like a little sister to me,” the 25-year-old reflected. “Please just have her family in your thoughts and prayers.”
Gia’s update came hours after Milania honored Victoria by getting a “Baby V” tattoo on her wrist as a tribute to her late friend, who suffered fatal injuries after falling near the ruins of Fort Dade on July 24.
The 20-year-old also shared a silver lining in the tragedy: Victoria helped save lives through organ donation.
“They’re packing up Victoria’s room right now,” Milania said in a recent TikTok video. “She just went in, she’s saving eight people’s lives.”
Since the accident, Milania, has shared her grief journey on social media, documenting the memories they shared over the years.

“Lowkey hate nostalgia because what do you mean I can never go back,” she wrote on Instagram Stories July 27 before adding, “Now I have to remember you for longer than I knew you.”
Meanwhile, Milania’s family also paid their respects.
Gia, 25, shared on social media, “Heaven gained a beautiful angel today. We love you Victoria,” while their mom Teresa Giudice reflected on Victoria’s lasting legacy.
“You were so full of life—kind, ambitious, and unstoppable,” the 54-year-old wrote on Instagram Aug. 1. “You had the biggest heart and the brightest future ahead of you. I can’t believe I’m writing this right now.”
