Hitting theaters in August in just a few more months from now. The premise sounds like it’s one of his recent fake grindhouse trailers, but like Thanksgiving, Roth has turned this into an actual movie. Another horror movie about kids turning crazy! An idyllic suburban town descends into madness after a mysterious ice cream man serves frozen treats that turn children into homicidal maniacs. Ari Millen stars as the titular “Ice Cream Man” in this, with a cast featuring Eli Roth, Benjamin Byron Davis, Karen Cliche, Dylan Hawco, Sarah Abbott, Shiloh O’Reilly, Charlie Zeltzer, Kiori Mirza Waldman, Charlie Storey, and tons of kids.
