Before Final Fantasy VII Revelation arrives on the Switch 2 next Spring, Square Enix is building the excitement for this third and final part in the remake trilogy with all sorts of reveals.

Ahead of a “new look” at the third chapter taking place at Opening Night Live later this month, the company has now announced there’ll also be a special panel for Revelation at New York Comic Con on 8th October 2026.

This will take place on the main stage and will feature game director Naoki Hamaguchi and the English voice cast of the new entry. Here’s the official description of this panel focused on introducing fans to the cast and characters:

“For the first time ever, see the full main English voice cast of Final Fantasy VII Revelation, the climactic finale to the Final Fantasy VII Remake Series, on stage together! Accompanied by the game’s director, Naoki Hamaguchi, the voice cast will share stories from their time recording for the game, discuss their characters in the third game, and more. Exclusive BTS footage from their recording sessions will also be shared.”

As mentioned, there’ll be stories about the recording process, some insight about the characters in the third entry and “more” including some exclusive behind-the-scenes footage. This follows Hamaguchi’s confirmation that the voice of Sephiroth will not be returning in the third outing, with a new voice actor already confirmed.

Final Fantasy VII Revelation will also be hosting a panel at PAX West on 5th September 2026. Hamaguchi will appear alongside the game’s battle director Teruki Endo, and the panel will also be live streamed.
