Summary
As a key member of the development team, the Development Director is responsible for the successful completion of development projects and functions from inception through financing, construction completion, and sales. This role ensures alignment with Timbers Company production and financial goals, while maintaining core values, meeting development standards, and upholding the company’s reputation as a quality developer.
