“We were so good. We were happy!” Greenwich Ent. has revealed the first official trailer for an indie drama titled Magic Hour, an emotional thriller set in a desert house. This first premiered at the 2025 SXSW Film Festival last year and played at the Nantucket, Nashville, Newport Beach, Woodstock Film Fests, and many others last year. Set for an indie release starting in May in limited theaters. A Duplass Brothers production starring Daveed Diggs & Katie Aselton. Charlie & Erin escape to the desert to navigate an unexpected & challenging new phase with their relationship. The cast also includes Brad Garrett and Susan Sullivan. This has some strong early reviews so far, calling it “a fresh look at what it takes to make love work, with an ambitious twist to spare.” I am always a fan of anything Mark Duplass works on – he got my attention with this.
