BayBridge Real Estate Capital is a New York City-based capital markets advisory firm that specializes in structured commercial real estate transactions nationwide. We are active across every asset class and have a diverse transaction profile that includes the placement of construction financing, land financing, bridge financing, permanent financing, mezzanine debt, preferred equity, and joint venture equity. Our average transaction size range is $40-200 million. BayBridge Real Estate Capital has offices in New York City and South Florida.
This Analyst position is a full-time, on-site role based in our New York City office. The ideal candidate combines an entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and financial acumen. Your primary focus will be to support the underwriting, strategy, and execution of commercial real estate debt and equity transactions. You will interface directly with developers, owners, lenders, and equity investors. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial real estate, finance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
BayBridge is a tight-knit team that invests heavily in its people. You will immediately be integrated into our team and receive hands-on support and mentorship from the company’s leadership.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex financial, market, and property-level data
- Proficiency in financial modeling and underwriting for commercial real estate
- Experience with due diligence processes, such as reviewing leases, financial statements, appraisals, and third-party reports
- Solid foundation in finance, capital markets, and real estate concepts, developed through relevant coursework, internships, or professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional designations (e.g., ARGUS certification) are a plus.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with real estate analytics tools and market research platforms is beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, investor-ready materials and present findings to internal and external stakeholders
- High level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team, maintain professional relationships, and uphold a client-focused, integrity-driven approach

Salary Range: $100,000 to $150,000
