Logan Paul claims WWE is stopping him from fighting former NFL star

Those crazy YouTubers, man.

Logan Paul, the social media megastar as he’s been called by WWE, has been doing his thing online lately. That’s included trying to get former NFL stars to fight him in a boxing or MMA bout, and apparently getting a taker in the form of former Pittsburgh Steelers great Le’Veon Bell:

Later, he came back with this:

This is, of course, a load of silliness, and most saw it for exactly that. It was never going to happen, no matter how much grandstanding they were doing, and the other boot came down not that long ago when Paul claimed WWE put the kibosh on the whole thing.

Yeah, that sounds about right for how this was always going to go.

Paul made it clear some time ago that he was going to make WWE more of a full time gig and he’s actually make good on his word in that regard, appearing as a regular on Monday Night Raw. This also happens to be the biggest time of the year for the company, as it gears up for WrestleMania 42 next month in Las Vegas.

That’s obviously more important than a freak show fight.

It would have been something, though, huh?
