Their love was blind, but sadly not everlasting.

Love is Blind: UK season one stars Nicole Stevens and Benaiah Grunewald Brydie have separated three years after tying the knot, Nicole confirmed on social media.

“When I said, ‘I do,’ I never imagined I would one day be sharing this,” Nicole began her Instagram Story, per a screenshot shared by the Daily Mail. “For those who have followed and supported our journey, I wanted to let you know that Ben and I have separated. I feel devastated that we’ve reached this point.”

The brand marketer—who had been married once before joining LIB—noted she is focused on “moving forward” and asks for privacy as she navigates this next chapter.

“Thank you for all the love and support you’ve shown us over the years,” she concluded. “I’m so grateful, and I don’t take it for granted.”

Benaiah, for his part, has not address the split, and Nicole’s post did not indicate how long they’ve been separated.

Nicole and Benaiah’s journey began under unusual circumstances, even for Love is Blind standards. While they’d formed a connection in the pods, Nicole ultimately got engaged to Sam Klein through pod walls.

Their engagement lasted a mere two days outside of the pods, however, before Nicole and Sam decided they weren’t each other’s forever. It was then that Nicole asked Benaiah for a face-to-face meeting.

There, he got down on one knee once again.

“I’ve lost you once,” Benaiah told Nicole. “I don’t wanna lose you again.”

He added of their love, “I think a seed has been sown. I want to help nurture and care for that seed and help it become the most beautiful flower.”

The couple then tied the knot in the season finale, which filmed in Sept. 2023.

In the time since, Nicole and Benaiah shared their love story on social media, including the many trips they enjoyed taking together.

And in September 2025, Benaiah shared a heartfelt tribute on his and Nicole’s second anniversary.

“2 years ago, or 730 days (I know you’re counting) we took a leap of faith and followed our hearts,” he captioned his Instagram post, which featured a carousel of photos from their wedding. “Countless memories made. Here’s to celebrating our marriage!”

Kalybriah Haskin & Edmond L. Harvey: Broke UpThey both confessed they “love the hell out of” each other at the altar, but Kalybriah turned Edmond down with an apology. “You deserve someone that is 100 percent at the altar and I’m not 100 percent right now,” she told the realtor. Still, she stressed, “My no doesn’t mean that I don’t love you.” While Edmond broke down in tears, Kalybriah thanked him for being “so graceful” as she made the “hard” decision.
