Watch: Kelly Osbourne Says She, Sister Aimee Osbourne Will Never Reconcile After Estrangement
Kelly Osbourne is focusing on her well-being.
The Fashion Police alum shared she has gained nearly 30 pounds since appearing at the 2026 BRIT Awards in February, where she debuted a drastic weight loss following the death of her father Ozzy Osbourne.
“I didn’t know that I looked like that until I saw the pictures,” Kelly recalled of her appearance in an interview with The Sun, published Oct. 10. “When I saw them, I couldn’t f–king believe it. I was as shocked as everyone else.”
“It wasn’t an eating disorder,” she continued. “I just couldn’t do anything for myself. Eating made me feel like I wanted to throw up.”
Ozzy—who shared kids Elliot Kingsley, 60, Jessica Osbourne, 54, and Louis Osbourne, 51, with ex-wife Thelma Riley as well as Aimee Osbourne, 44, Jack Osbourne, 40, and Kelly, 41, with wife Sharon Osbourne—died in July 2025 at the age of 76.
Not long after, Kelly also went through a public breakup with former fiancé Sid Wilson, leading to what she described as “the worst year” of her life.
“In so many ways, I can’t even explain to you,” she said. “But it’s also been really beautiful because I’ve learned that my grief is an honor, as I truly love someone that much.”
And at the height of her weight loss struggles, which made her the center of criticism on social media, the reality star—who shares 3-year-old son Sidney with the DJ—called on her late father for help.

“I know this sounds woo-woo, but I do candle magic a lot,” she explained. “My dad told me he would send me messages. It felt like everything inside me was dead, and I didn’t want my son to see me like this.”
“I went to my dad’s grave with a white candle and I wrote a wish on it saying, ‘Please help me,’” she continued. “The next day, my mom showed up in a black Mercedes with a man in a mustard-colored jacket.”
That man was Chris Miller, a therapist and life coach whom she credits with saving her life and changing her “in so many ways I never thought possible.”
And while Kelly still has a long way to go in her healing journey, she hopes her critics can have more empathy as to what she’s been going through moving forward.

“Most people aren’t kind,” she quipped. “I was just asking for a little bit of understanding, because there’s a lot more to the story than meets the eye.”
“No one knows what people are dealing with in private,” she added. “I was just sad. I don’t wish that pain on anyone ever. And to do that in front of everyone just sucked.”
And as for the plastic surgery rumors circulating online?
“I’ve not f–king had plastic surgery,” Kelly said. “The only thing I’ve had is Botox between my eyebrows so that I don’t have 11 lines, and in my jaw because I grind my teeth and it gives me crazy migraines.”
“This is the face that God and my family gave me,” she continued, “and whether you like it or not, that’s up to you, but I’m alright with it.”

As she’s navigated life in the spotlight, Kelly has been open about challenges she’s faced, including her battle with addiction (she’s now sober), breakups (she was previously engaged to model Luke Worrall and chef Matthew Mosshart) and public scrutiny over her body.“My life has come very, very far, and I am just so grateful for every mistake that I made in my life, for every lesson learned, for all of it,” she told Us Weekly in 2024. “I have such an incredible life. What could I possibly complain about?”That life includes son Sidney, born in November 2022 to her and Sid Wilson, who proposed in July 2025 but sparked split rumors in 2026.With Sidney arriving 18 months after she got sober, “I truly believe that my baby saved me and made me a whole human,” she added to Us. “I don’t think I knew what love was before having the baby. I don’t think I truly had a purpose. I just went from thing, to thing, to thing, and this level of just self-hate and self-doubt that I used to have would take me out.”
