Olivia Culpo and Christian McCaffrey are now playing two-on-two.

Nearly five months after the former Miss Universe announced she was pregnant, she gave birth to her and the San Francisco 49ers running back’s second baby, sharing that the couple welcomed a boy.

“Roman Augustus McCaffrey,” Culpo wrote in an Oct. 10 Instagram post alongside sweet family photos, before revealing when the new addition arrived, “9/29/26.”

Along with shots from the hospital, the 34-year-old also shared several adorable pics of her and McCaffery’s daughter Colette, 14 months, with her new baby brother.

And before baby Roman’s arrival, Culpo had her birth plan all ready to go, previously sharing the way she would deliver baby No. 2 after giving birth to Colette in July 2025.

“The plan is I’m having a C-section because I had a C-section in July last year,” she said in a July TikTok video. “So having a VBAC [Vaginal Birth After Cesarean] wasn’t an option.”

And the model made sure she was on top of the game plan while McCaffrey—with whom she tied the knot in June 2024—was in training camp to prepare for the upcoming NFL season.

“I scheduled [the delivery] on a day where Christian has a slightly easier [schedule],” she continued. “Basically, it’s on an off day for him, so he’ll be able to come just for the birth. And then aside from that, he’ll have to go back. So it’s gonna be different than my first birth.”

Beyond all her preparation, though, Culpo has been candid about stepping back and embracing her journey through motherhood.

“Every day is so different and I’m really just trying to sit in because I know it goes by so fast,” she said on an October episode of The Squeeze podcast. “Everybody says these are the days that go by quicker than you could have ever imagined.”

As for how Culpo and McCaffrey are spending those runaway days? In July, they celebrated Colette’s first birthday with a “little mini family get together” that the NFL star said featured a special milestone.

“First taste of cake. It was great,” he told E! News in July. “She didn’t love it that much. She loves chicken. So, I was like, let’s keep that as long as we can, loving chicken. But no, it was so much fun. We had just some family friends over. Had a blast.”
