Watch: Travis Barker Shares His One Marriage Rule With Kourtney Kardashian
When life gets hard, Travis Barker knows he can count on wife Kourtney Kardashian to be there in a blink of an eye.
Case in point: The Blink-182 drummer recently posted photos of himself in the hospital with The Kardashians star there for support.
And she wasn’t the only one from their famous family in his corner. Sharing a selfie of himself wearing a hospital gown and cap as he lay on a gurney with 20-year-old daughter Alabama Barker nearby, Travis captioned the Oct. 6 post, “My baby girl came with me.” Along with that snap, he posted an image of Kourtney wrapping her arms around him and giving him a kiss—noting he had his “beautiful wife by my side.”
While Travis has not publicly shared why he was in the hospital, the musician can always depend on his loved ones for a smile as he rests.
Recently, it was his and Kourtney’s 2-year-old son Rocky Barker providing some levity, showing off his dinosaur costume to the tune of the Jurassic Park soundtrack.
Of course, Kourtney—also mom to kids Mason Disick, 16, Penelope Disick, 14, and Reign Disick, 11, with ex Scott Disick—and Travis, who shares Landon Barker, 22, Alabama and stepdaughter Atiana De Lay Hoya, 27, with former wife Shanna Moakler, have been rocking together for years.

They started as friends before forming a romance in late 2020 and tying the knot three times in 2022. And while they’ve celebrated countless family moments, they’ve also leaned on each other during difficult times, Kourtney suffering a miscarriage in 2021, enduring an IVF journey and undergoing emergency fetal surgery while expecting Rocky in 2023.
“It was terrifying going in for the surgery,” she shared in the August documentary Travis Barker: Louder Than Fear of theprocedure, which involved draining fluid from Rocky’s lungs. Recalling how Travis had been touring with Blink-182 at the time and immediately flew home from Europe to be with her, “They cancelled four shows,” the Lemme founder added, “and he just came and laid with me in the hospital and was there with me and just made sure everything was OK.”
In 2021, Kourtney also helped Travis take his first flight since the 2008 plane crash that killed four people and left him and Adam “DJ AM” Goldstein as the sole survivors. (DJ AM died of an overdose the following year.). As Travis wrote on Instagram following the trip with his wife, “With you anything is possible.”

It’s an approach they continue to take as they experience all the small (and big) things in life together.
“After my accident, there was a lot of no way, no hows,” Travis reflected in the documentary. “I never thought I was gonna get married again. I never planned on having any more children. And then, I fell in love with my best friend. It just started opening my eyes and my world. It sounds corny, but it’s just like a fairy-tale story.”
And the couple is excited to write many more chapters with their blended family.
“The power of love is amazing,” Travis told E! News in June. “My kids were my strength from the time they existed.”
Check out their sweetest moments.
