WWE has made it through all but two qualifiers for the men’s and women’s Money in the Bank ladder matches scheduled for this year’s Money in the Bank premium live event on Oct. 10, 2026, at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. Those two triple threat matches will both take place on next week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown.
Kevin Owens vs. Cody Rhodes vs. Johnny Gargano
They’re getting more star power cooked up for the men’s match, and it only makes sense to go this route after CM Punk qualified this week. Randy Orton is surely going to make his presence felt, as will WWE Champion Sami Zayn. It’s hard to imagine Owens losing this one, interference be damned.
Bron Breakker, Je’Von Evans, Trick Williams, Penta, and Punk have already qualified.
Tiffany Stratton vs. Tatum Paxley vs. Candice LeRae
The story here is LeRae got in because Zayn pushed for it. Meanwhile, Paxley looks to continue a relatively hot start on the main roster while Stratton is trying to become a two-time briefcase holder. There’s opportunity here for WWE to keep the youth movement theme going with Paxley but Stratton would still fit the bill if they went that route.
Sol Ruca, Lola Vice, Jacy Jayne, Roxanne Perez, and Lash Legend have already qualified.
