Pay attention to Teresa Giudice‘s latest look, puh-lease.
TheReal Housewives of New Jerseystar gave fans a rare glimpse of her bare face before makeup artist Frank Reyna revealed her glam makeup for an event in Austin, Texas.
Reyna shared a Sept. 19 Instagram video in which a velvet tracksuit-clad Giudice sat in a chair without makeup. Swiping his hand over the camera, he transitioned to a clip of him and the reality star—donning a gold sequined Laura’s Boutique & Bridal jumpsuit—wearing a glowy glam look and a glossy nude lip.
Alongside the video, Reyna wrote, “You’re an absolute dream my queen.”
Although Giudice—who married Luis Ruelas in 2022—often attends public events in dramatic glam makeup, she hasn’t shied away from speaking honestly about altering her appearance. For example, she previously reflected on her decision to dissolve her lip injections.
“My hairdresser got hers dissolved,” she told E! News in December 2024. “I was like, ‘I like the way your lips look.’ I don’t like to be the first Guinea pig to try anything. So I saw that my hairdresser did it, and it looked really good on her. I was like, ‘Alright, I’m going to try that.’ That’s why I did it.”
And the 54-year-old—mom to daughters Gia Giudice, 25, Gabriella Giudice, 21, Milania Giudice, 20, and Audriana Giudice, 17, with ex-husband Joe Giudice—emphasized that her natural pout has gotten a lot of love.
“I did like them before, but my kids were like, ‘Ma, don’t do anymore,” she added. “I haven’t done my lips in—I don’t even know how long.”

So, she eventually made the leap with her daughters’ support.
“My kids, that’s what made me do it,” Giudice explained, “’cause my kids were like don’t do anymore. So I’m like, ‘You know what, let me try something different.’ So that’s what I did.”
“I was scared ’cause I didn’t know what it involved to dissolve,” she admitted. “I was nervous about it, but it was really easy. They just injected. I didn’t like the way my hairdresser did it, like the way hers looked, so I was nervous. But mine looked pretty good afterward.”
