Watch: Taylor Swift Attends Travis Kelce’s First Chiefs Game After Wedding
Taylor Swift is back on Travis Kelce‘s holy ground.
Nearly one week after skipping the Emmys to watch her husband and the Kansas City Chiefs play in the 2026 NFL season opener, the “Life of a Showgirl” singer returned to Arrowhead Stadium for more football.
For the Chiefs’ Sept. 20 game against the Indianapolis Colts, Swift donned a red Chiefs spaghetti-strap tank top and light blue denim jeans.
The 36-year-old completed her look by adding a black belt, hoop earrings, a gold necklace and matching bracelet, as well as cat eyeliner sharp enough to kill a man.
But Swift’s best accessory? Her wedding ring, of course. In fact, during a sweet moment caught on camera, after Kelce scored a touchdown in the first quarter, the Grammy pointed to her ring and could be seen saying, “That’s my husband!”
And to watch that guy on the Chiefs play, the “Opalite” singer was joined by her parents Andrea Swift and Scott Swift, along with her mother-in-law Donna Kelce.
But what is it like to sit next to Swift at a Chiefs game? Just ask Pat McAfee, who had the pleasure of filling a blank space next to the Grammy winner during the Sept. 14 match-up.
“I go, ‘Miss Taylor, is there any way to get a selfie?'” McAfee recounted during the Sept. 15 episode of his eponymous ESPN show. “And she goes, ‘Absolutely!'”
“She was so kind,” the sports analyst continued, “so hospitable.”
McAfee added that helping Swift cheer for her guy on the Chiefs—who caught a 59-yard pass from Patrick Mahomes, landing him in second place for most career receiving yards by a tight end in NFL history—was a “fantastic” experience.
“That was the most ‘into it’ suite we’ve ever been in,” he raved. “That was what being a football fan was like.”

Plus, the former Colts player—who had spent hours filming in the sun alongside Jason Kelce prior to the game—was glad Swift didn’t mind that he was “dripping in sweat” when they hugged.
“I’m drenched, this is how I’m meeting Taylor Swift for the first time,” recalled Swift, who admitted he only got to briefly interact with the “Opalite” artist during her July wedding. “This is the first time we’re really getting a chance to talk. Just sweat all over her.”
