Watch: Kelly Osbourne Says She, Sister Aimee Osbourne Will Never Reconcile After Estrangement
Kelly Osbourne will never forget the final moment she had with her father.Â
Over a year after Ozzy Osbourne died of a heart attack at the age of 76, the former reality star shared the last conversation the two had, including how the Black Sabbath frontman helped her prepare for his eventual death.
âHe sat me down, and this was about three days before he died. He goes, âYou can live the rest of your life knowing that there was one man on this planet that truly loved you,â Kelly shared on the Sept. 15 of the We Need to Talk podcast. âI started to cry.â
âI said, âPlease don’t talk like this. Please don’t talk like this,ââ she recalled. ââCause he said, âYou know, I’m not going to be here forever.ââ
The talk with her father certainly left a lasting mark on the 41-year-oldâwho shares son Sidney, 3, with ex-fiancĂ© Sid Wilsonâas she also noted how grateful she was to mom Sharon Osbourne for helping her dad find peace before his passing.
âMy mum allowed him to die the happiest I’d ever seen him,â Kelly said. âAll he wanted before he left this planet was one last show. My mum worked her ass off to make that happen, and it was one of the most incredible moments in music history.â
And Kelly knew âthereâll never be anythingâ like the July 2025 âBack to the Beginningâ farewell concert celebrating Ozzy.

âIt was all the people that got to be who they are because of him coming to pay tribute to him,â she shared, âand he got to say goodbye, and then he let go.â
In the months following Ozzyâs death, Sharonâalso mom to kids Aimee Osbourne, 42, and Jack Osbourne, 40âalso reflected on the last words her longtime husband said to her.
âHe was up and down to the bathroom all night, and it was 4:30 a.m., and he said, âWake up,ââ she tearfully shared onPiers Morgan Uncensored in December. âI said, âIâm already bloody awake, youâve woken me up.ââ

âHe said, âKiss me,ââ she continued. âAnd then he said, âHug me tight.ââ
As she looked back on the late-night encounter, the 73-year-old wished she realized what a special moment it was.
âIf only Iâd have told him I loved him more,â she continued. âIf only Iâd have held him tighter.â
