According to Nintendo
If you enjoyed the performance mode featured in Metroid Prime 4: Beyond, we’ve got some good news about MercurySteam’s upcoming release, Metroid Ravenous.
According to the official eShop listing, the new Switch 2 game will support 120Hz output. We don’t know if there’ll be specific modes similar to Prime 4 just yet, but at this stage, Metroid fans can at least look forward to a silky-smooth gameplay experience in the new title.
It’s already led to calls for MercurySteam to add something similar to Metroid Dread, in the event it updates the Switch title for Switch 2. The same eShop listing for Ravenous notes how Samus’ new outing will also include amiibo support, surround sound, and HDR output.
