Livvy Dunne and Brooks Nader join Lane’s first Tiger Walk, Tricia Whitaker wants Indiana repeat & tons of meat

What a start to the Lane Kiffin era at LSU. After a week of drama surrounding a couple of players who couldn’t make an NFL roster, the Tigers steamrolled Clemson at home without those players on their roster.

It had it all. A rain delay, an awesome halftime interview, and Lane’s first Tiger Walk had to have Screencaps in mind. He was accompanied by Livvy Dunne, Brooks Nader, and Theo Von as he confidently strolled to Saturday’s game.

Nader, a Louisiana native, set the tone for the entire day. She was part of the festivities in the morning, and it was clear from that moment on that Clemson didn’t stand a chance.

She wasn’t there to play around. This was a business trip.

Later in the day came Lane’s Tiger Walk and his entourage of Louisiana royalty. Nader returned, having made an outfit change, alongside LSU legend and Nader’s “Baywatch” co-star and fellow SI Swimsuit model Livvy Dunne.

Why was Theo Von there? Well, he’s not, as far as I know, making an appearance in either “Baywatch” or SI Swimsuit, but he is a Louisiana native and evidently a friend of Kiffin’s.

With an entrance like that, you had better win convincingly. We’re talking 50-plus in a one-sided game where Clemson fans were at home tapping out. A 51-10 beat down works.

Something tells me they’re going to have a lot of fun in Baton Rouge this season.

Now to another team who allowed points to be scored on them in Week 1. I get it not every team can dominate at home to open the season and manhandle a lesser opponent without allowing them to score a single point like Penn State did.

Some teams need a second to appear on a clock out of thin air. Teams like No. 16 Michigan who struggled and lost the game to Western Michigan until a second that had already ticked off the game clock returned from the dead.

After that miracle, the Wolverines won the game (asterisk) on a second Hail Mary attempt after the first was thrown out of the back of the end zone and showed the game clock at zero before anyone touched the ball.

Western Michigan was robbed. As sad of a game as it was for Michigan, fans storming the field after such an atrocious performance tells you exactly where they are as a football program.

This might count as a win in the record books, but this is a loss to everyone else.

– Dennis from Mesa, Az:

Good morning Sean, Dennis checking in here from Mesa, Az.

Later today (before it hits a balmy 110 degrees) I’ll be grilling up these two beautiful ribeyes (4 1/2 pounds total) prepped with a light garlic and Montreal Steak rub.

They’ll be served up with fresh asparagus and a couple of large taters slathered with butter, sour cream and chives.

Oh, did I mention the kickass bottle of wine we’ll also be having?

Thanks, have a great Sunday and keep up the fine work Sean👍👏

Fantastic job. This is what peak grilling season is all about. Dennis your meat looks great. Keep sending it in, especially if you’re slapping your meat on the grill all year long, which I assume is the case out in Mesa.

How could I not think of you when I saw this:

Thanks Jim. It’s an honor to be thought of whenever you see a bunch of meat.

Just got back from an Alaskan cruise and this guy is very well represented.

Speaking of honors. It’s also an honor to be thought of whenever you see Bigfoot apparel out in the wild too. If I’m being completely honest, you’re much more likely to have this sort of encounter with Bigfoot than you are to spot one in the woods.

Another awesome submission of meat. Guy, thanks for sending in your meat and keep it coming. I’ll never get tired of looking at it.

Hey Sean, greetings from North Las Vegas. We’ve had a break in the triple digits, and the weekend has been a nice mid 90s. Nice to be able to get on the patio and spend some quality time watching football.

Friday tossed a flat iron on the grill and paired it with some stuffing. Saturday grilled some chicken and paired it with some green beans.

Sean, thanks for all the content that you put out continue with the solid work and who has it better than us.

SeanJo

What a weekend of grilling put in here. Great job Bob. Keep the grill going, keep slapping your meat on, and keep sending your meat my way.

Hey SeanJo,

Saw this bumper sticker at a fancy mall.

Some people are most straightforward than others. If nothing else, you can respect their willingness to express honesty in the form of a bumper sticker.
