Gordon Ramsay Reveals His Daughter Megan Ramsay Is Engaged

The restaurateur went on to get Byron’s phone number from daughter Tilly in order to mess with him, although she had her reservations. 

“She gave me it and said, ‘Dad don’t do anything,’ and I said, ‘No, just give me, if anything’s wrong I need his number on my phone,’” Gordon recalled. “So I waited to find out when they were having dinner together and I FaceTimed him.”

According to the MasterChef star, Byron answered the phone “shaking,” as Gordon told him, “Bryron, it’s me. Not your future father-in-law, you little f–k!”

Megan quickly put an end to the phone call, which her father joked “was so rude,” laughing, “I was just in the middle of having a proper chat.”

However, as Gordon explained, his concern regarding his daughters’ suitors only comes from wanting the best for them. 

“I just want the girls to be looked after, and for them to look after each other,” he said. “You’re always anxious about that.”

Luckily, Gordon had only positive words for son-in-law Adam Peaty, who married Holly in December, with the couple expecting their first baby together.

“He’s a very, very nice guy and so down-to-earth,” he shared on The Jonathan Ross Show in 2025. “Just so focused and disciplined.”
