Watch: Tom Brady Shares Look at “Trip of a Lifetime” With His 3 Kids
Tom Brady is kicking off another celebration in his family.
The former NFL star celebrated his son Jack on his 19th birthday by sharing a heartfelt tribute to the teen—whom he shares with ex Bridget Moynahan—on his special day.
“Happy 19th birthday, Jack!” Tom wrote alongside a carousel of photos in an Aug. 22 Instagram post. “Aug 22, 2007 is a day I’ll never forget, because that’s when you showed up and stole my heart (and my sleep… and my patience… hahahaha).”
“you’re kind, thoughtful, empathetic, and full of love!” he continued. “And I’m so proud of who you have become. You fill my heart with so much joy and I’m blessed to be your dad. I cant wait to see what’s next.”
The seven-time Super Bowl champion—also dad to son Benjamin, 16, and daughter Vivian, 13, with ex Gisele Bündchen—gave a glimpse into his relationship with Jack in the post. Indeed, Tom shared a series of sweet photos of some of their father-son adventures, including shots from outings to sports games and their recent family trip to Alaska.
The Fox Sports host also proved he’ll always be there to cheer Jack on. After all, Tom posted multiple photos of the 19-year-old playing basketball, showing off his skills on the court.
Additionally, Tom’s post to his eldest featured pics from Jack’s high school graduation, which the 49-year-old called “one of the proudest days of my life” at the time.
“Watching Jack walk across the stage, and graduate into the next chapter of what’s already an impressive life,” Tom shared in a June 13 Instagram post alongside family photos from the big day. You are an amazing son, brother, grandson, nephew, and friend amongst many other things.”

And while Tom has yet to share details about his son’s plans beyond high school, he’s praised Jack’s undeniable athletic ability.
“Unfortunately he jumps as high as I do,” he joked at the Fortune Global Forum in November 2024. “But I tell him, ‘Dude, you’re gonna be a stud.’ I said, ‘Wait till you hit your growth spurt, you’re gonna be jumping higher, you’re gonna be dunkin’.’”
As for whether he wants his son to follow in his footsteps into the world of professional sports someday, Tom shared, “Who cares? But I want him to know that his dad’s got his back.”
