You can now select multiple themes
Following the Nintendo Today! mobile app receiving a Fire Emblem theme earlier this month, Nintendo has now rolled out Version 4.1.0.
Although it’s not a major update, this patch does include some welcome features. If you’re having trouble deciding which theme to choose, you can now select multiple ones. Apart from this, there are some bug fixes and another feature for Gamescom.

New features have been added to Nintendo Today!
– You can now select multiple themes. One of the themes chose will be displayed at random each day.
– We’ve fixed a few select issues to make it easier for you to use
As highlighted by OatmealDome on social media, there’s also an update tied to Gamescom. This app has added an in-person feature for this event, where you’ll be able to hunt for hidden Pikmin at the venue.
Gamescom will kick off next week with Opening Night Live on 25th August 2026, and the event runs until 30th August 2026.
