Releasing in theaters this September with a world premiere at the 2026 Venice Film Festival coming up soon. A major debut in Venice before it’s everywhere. Don’t Look Back In Anger profiles and follows the band on the road during their legendary Oasis Live ’25 tour last year, which was a massive hit worldwide with giant stadiums sold out everywhere instantly. The title originally comes from one of the songs off of their 1995 studio album (What’s the Story) Morning Glory?. “It’s gonna be chaos” he says – and it definitely was. Experience the meteoric rise of Oasis through rare footage and untold stories as the band reunites for Oasis Live ’25, chronicling their long journey from Manchester streets to global rock stardom. A look back at Oasis righting the wrongs of their past and their split in 2009. They’re hoping this doc will be a huge hit like the concerts – for everyone who couldn’t go or wants to relive those nights again.

The documentary film charts Liam & Noel Gallagher’s triumphant reunion tour Oasis Live ’25, one of the most anticipated rock ‘n’ roll comebacks of our time. The movie is an unapologetically uplifting account of arguably the biggest musical event of 2025, capturing the experience and emotions of the band and their fans across the world. The unique perspective includes rehearsal, backstage and onstage access, as well as the first joint interviews with Noel and Liam in over 25 years. Alongside the band’s sold-out world tour, the film also explores the profound emotional impact of this phenomenal global cultural moment and what their music means to audiences and generations of fans worldwide. Don’t Look Back in Anger is created & directed by the acclaimed British writer / filmmaker Steven Knight, writer of Dirty Pretty Things, Eastern Promises, Locke, The Hundred-Foot Journey, Seventh Son, Pawn Sacrifice, Allied, Serenity, Locked Down, Spencer, and Maria, “Peaky Blinders”, “Taboo”, and others.
