Kaia Gerber is looking back on her own real-life horror story.

The daughter of supermodel Cindy Crawford and entrepreneur Rande Gerber shared she underwent a full-blown exorcism during her childhood after she was thought to be haunted.

“I was told I was possessed as a child,” Kaia said during the Aug. 14 episode of the Mitch Churi Chat Show podcast, adding that she’s been “haunted” her “whole life.”

She added, “I do feel as though I attract beings from other dimensions in a very casual and chill way.”

But in all seriousness, Kaia “actually did” have an exorcism where an ancient wind instrument was used to ward off evil spirits.

“Do you know how they did the exorcism?” she said. “They played a didgeridoo all over me. That’s how they did the exorcism.”

“I’ve never talked about it,” she continued, “but it actually did happen.”

And it seems the exorcism did the trick. As she put it, “I’m all healed.”

Even so, Cindy—also mom to Presley Gerber, 27, with Rande—wasn’t taking any chances when her daughter was cast in American Horror Story season 10.

“My mom gave me holy water to go to set,” Kaia said. “She was like, ‘I don’t want you to get possessed.’”

Most recently, Kaia has been taking her skills from the runway to the small screen with roles in Palm Royale and The Shards. And while the 24-year-old continues to make a name for herself in the entertainment industry, it’s not lost on her how her famous parents have been an asset in her budding career.

“I’ve only ever been a nepo baby, and I’ve only ever benefited in my career from it,” Kaia told Vogue in an interview published Aug. 11. “But I also find myself doing it to other nepo babies, thinking, ‘OK, show me why you deserve this job.'”

As such, she had some homegrown advice for her The Shards costar Homer Gere, whose dad Richard Gere was married to her mom Cindy from 1991 until 1995.

“I said to him, ‘Homer, unfortunately with this show, it’s not like you’re just any unknown actor and people will judge you as an unknown actor,'” Kaia continued. “‘But what that’s done for me is make me want to work harder.'”
