Intense Trailer #2 for ‘Onslaught’ Sci-Fi Action Starring Adria Arjona​

“Once they begin killing, they will not stop. They are the human equivalent of a heat-seeking missile.” A24 has revealed a gnarly second trailer for the badass sci-fi action movie called Onslaught, hitting theaters in September just around the corner (also in IMAX). This is a throwback to The Guest – created by director Adam Wingard and writer Simon Barrett in 2014. Now 12 years later the duo has reteamed for new movie set in the same universe as that one. Described as pretty much like “Sarah Connor versus Jason Voorhees” which sounds like a good time (here’s the first trailer). A mom in a trailer park tries to protect her family from a threat that escaped from a secret military facility. “Remember the character of the onslaught against us.” Hit Man’s breakout Adria Arjona stars as a kick ass Army sniper who must unleash hell to protect her young daughter when genetically engineered super soldiers break loose in the desert. Intense! With Arjona, this also stars Dan Stevens (also from The Guest), Eric Wareheim, Reginald VelJohnson, Michael Biehn, Alex Pereira, Drew Starkey, plus Rebecca Hall. This just looks like a damn good time! A sci-fi action remix with some brutally violent soldiers and a ready-to-fight-back heroine taking them on. Let’s go.
