Dylan Sprayberry is continuing to write his newest chapter.

Less than a month after the Teen Wolf star shared he had converted to Scientology, he confirmed he and wife Pruette Karl welcomed a new baby in a subtle social media announcement.

In a close-up photo uploaded July 23 of an infant’s fist gripping his wife’s camisole, Sprayberry mused, “‘As written,’” along with the hashtag, “Long Live Sprayberry.”

Although Sprayberry and Karl—who tied the knot last year—had not officially announced her pregnancy, the pair had teased their forthcoming role as parents with glimpses of Karl’s baby bump in Instagram posts for the last several months.

The 28-year-old proved he celebrated his first Father’s Day in June ahead of their baby’s recent arrival, showing off a card with a baby on the front that read “See you soon” in a June 26 post.

Another slide of the same post also saw Karl hugging her baby bump while sporting a white tank top and linen pants. Alongside the wrap, Sprayberry teased, “Fantastic times!”

Sprayberry and Karl’s latest milestone comes less than a month after he opened up about his newfound faith: Scientology.

“Lately I’ve been posting some really cool informational videos from the Scientology Instagram account and the Scientology affiliated accounts on my Instagram Story and there have been some people who have been curious,” the Man of Steelalum said in a July 12 Instagram post. “I am a Scientologist. I’ve been a Scientologist for three years now and it’s been an epic experience for me and it’s been so fantastic.”

Indeed, Sprayberry detailed that while he had been “clean and sober” for the last five years, he felt unfulfilled in life until finding community among L. Ron Hubbard’s organization.

“I had a huge realization, which sounds so silly to say now, but it’s that happiness is not something that I have to get, it’s something that I create within myself,” the Light as a Feather star explained. “Even though that’s so simple, it was a big slap on the head to me. I was like, ‘Oh wow I’ve been creating my state of being all this time.’”

And ahead of welcoming his little one, Sprayberry assured he was doing better than ever. As he put it, “I’ve gotten to get to such a good place in life and I’ve been doing genuinely fantastic.”
