Watch: Sam Asghari Reacts to Britney Spears Reuniting With Her Sons
Sam Asghari is thankful that Britney Spears is feeling stronger.
The Traitors alum weighed in on the “Toxic” singer’s March reunion with her and ex-husband Kevin Federline’s sons SeanPrestonFederline, 20, and JaydenJamesFederline, 19, especially as he knows first-hand how important her relationship with her sons is to her.
“You want to be able to reconnect with your family,” Asghari exclusively shared with E! News. “I wish her nothing but the best and love. She has amazing boys.”
And thoughthe32-year-old and Spears have not kept up much since their 2023 breakup after one year of marriage, she will always be special to him, adding, “I only wish her the best.”
For now, the former model is keeping his focus on his career, his new film The Gentleman Thief premiering on digital and VOD July 28, with a limited theatrical release July 31. And that focus has not changed regardless of the spotlight on his love life.
“Nothing has ever changed the way that my mentality is,” he said. “I’ve always been the same person. I always tackled the same situations in life with the same mentality.”
A key part of that mentality has been to train as hard as he can and keep himself in the best physical shape.
“I’ve been doing stunt training and that’s one of the advice I would give to actors is: Don’t wait for the role to give you the training, do the work yourself,” Asghari shared. “I’ve been doing a lot of that. I sort of made a junior stunt version of myself.”

Plus, he’s found that self-starter nature has served him well as he’s always ready when opportunity knocks and he’s given the chance to show off his acting chops.
“Acting is something I’ve done for a long time,” he explained. “And even though there’s a lot of celebrity gossip out there, I was acting way before all of that.”
“It’s obviously going to be surprising some of the roles that I do end up taking and where my career is going to be headed in the next five to 10 years,” Asghari continued. “But it’s a good surprise.”
