The Hoppers 4K Steelbook Is Back in Stock at Amazon Following Its Disney+ Streaming Debut

It’s a big year for Pixar, and not just because Toy Story 5 is coming out later this month. Hoppers made its theatrical debut back in March to an overall positive reception, which is a welcome signal for an entirely new IP. It certainly won’t be remembered as the best Pixar movie, but it was a refreshing reminder that the company can still produce original magic without relying entirely on nostalgia.

Outside of the film’s box office success, demand for the 4K Blu-ray collector’s edition has been seemingly off the charts. It has been in and out of stock at Amazon and Walmart since it was first announced, but it’s looking like availability may have finally normalized. Now that Hoppers is streaming on Disney+, those who weren’t able to pick up the steelbook before release now have the chance to grab one for their collection.

For those with a Disney+ subscription, you can now stream the movie for free at home. Hoppers dropped on the streaming service on June 3, just one day after the Blu-ray was officially released. Unlike the collectible steelbook edition, however, streaming the movie won’t get you access to all of those juicy bonus features and deleted scenes.

More 4K Disney Movies

Whether you’re just starting your Blu-ray collection or looking for a good Disney gift to get your loved one, here are some of the options available right now.
