We knew Sol Ruca, a rising star from NXT, was coming to the WWE main roster to sign with Monday Night Raw this week. She lost a Last Woman Standing match against Zaria on her way out but she’s still a highly touted prospect who should absolutely grow to become one of the top stars in the division much sooner rather than later.
They got her started by putting her across the ring, microphone in hand, with none other than Intercontinental Champion Becky Lynch. A tough assignment on her opening night.
She did pretty damn good:
She called Lynch a “rude, big headed bitch.”
And it’s not just Sol saying it…
Then she promised to “snatch your soul” if she wanted to pick a fight. Becky accidentally socked Raw General Manager Adam Pearce right in his jaw trying to get the upper hand and then found herself getting her soul snatched, just as promised. It was one hell of a kickoff to her start on the red brand.
The future looks bright indeed.
