First Teaser for Mysterious ‘Verity’ with Hathaway, Johnson, Hartnett​

“Darkness ahead.” Amazon MGM Studios has revealed the first look teaser trailer for an intriguing mystery film titled simply Verity, arriving to watch in theaters starting in October this fall. Verity is a sexy psychological thriller adapted from Colleen Hoover’s novel “Verity” and features a stunning cast to get your attention. Anne Hathaway, Dakota Johnson, and Josh Hartnett star as the trio at the center of this story. Lowen Ashleigh gets hired by Jeremy Crawford to ghostwrite novels for his bestselling author wife Verity, who’s unable to finish them after a accident. However, Lowen uncovers Verity’s disturbing truths in a manuscript while residing at the Crawfords’ home. Just know: “There is no light where we’re going.” Which sounds ominous.
