The main event of tonight’s (Sat., April 4, 2026) NXT Stand & Deliver premium live event in St. Louis featured Joe Hendry defending the NXT championship in a Fatal 4-Way match against Ricky Saints, Ethan Page, and Tony D’Angelo. All signs pointed to Tony D finally getting his time at the top, with Hendry underwhelming as champion while Saints and Page have cooked up a program of their own ahead of this, one building by way of the two repeatedly failing to get on the same page.
There’s only room for one at the top, after all. They both want the spot. You know the rest.

They more or less took themselves out of the running, and were outside on the floor for the finish. That finish was paying off Tony D’s journey from losing his Family to rising from the ashes to pin Joe Hendry in the main event of the biggest NXT show of the year to become the NXT champion for the first time.
Truly The Don of NXT now.
